The Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program

The Skin Brush is used for dry skin brushing to stimulate cleansing of the lymphatic system. It is a long handled bath-type brush with natural vegetable bristles. This brush must not be used for bathing since it needs to be kept dry. Skin brushing is performed once or, if desired, twice per day. (1 brush required per person)

To feel the full benefit of the Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program, it is important to use skin brushing to stimulate and cleanse the lymphatic system. Once the colon is at least partially cleansed, it takes a few months of daily skin brushing to completely cleanse the system.
